Financial Commercial Junior Analyst

About the role

Join Kimberly-Clark’s North America Marketing Services team as a Financial Commercial Junior Analyst. You will support the financial management of advertising and consumer promotion activities for leading consumer brands, ensuring accurate tracking, forecasting, and payment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with purchase order tracking and invoice payments for marketing services.
• Facilitate financial tracking and strategic advisement of advertising and consumer promotion budgets.
• Partner with stakeholders to process invoices, purchase/change orders, agency scopes, and vendor estimates.
• Accurately forecast brand advertising and consumer promotion activity.
• Lead monthly forecast reviews with the broader Marketing organization and Finance.
• Participate in strategic discussions and contribute to decision‑making.
• Utilize multiple software tools, including Excel, OneNote, SAP, Coupa, and web‑based solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• 2+ years of experience in finance/accounting analysis, purchase order tracking, or related fields.
• Fluent English with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, change‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• SAP.
• Experience with Coupa or similar procurement platforms.
• Proficiency in OneNote and other web‑based applications.
