Finance Planning Analyst (Spanish, English, Portuguese)

About the role

The Finance Planning Analyst will partner with in‑market finance teams to develop accurate market forecasts and support the Core Commercial Cycle. Fluency in Spanish, English and Portuguese is essential to communicate across multiple regions and provide insight for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with market finance teams on forecast, plan and update exercises.
• Analyse historical performance, external factors and integrate them into forecasting models.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis, risk & opportunity reports, and act as the single point of contact for management reporting.
• Support Price & Volume, Master COGS analysis and Gross Margin drivers for the NA market.
• Create management decks for Demand Review Meetings (DRM) and Monthly Performance Reviews (MPR).
• Respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests, including trend analysis for specific product types.
• Standardise the financial forecast process across Consensus Forecasting platforms.
• Ensure robustness and accuracy of market forecasts and uphold SOPs for the hub.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accountancy or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to use statistical modelling techniques to support decision‑making.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is also required.
