Field Service Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer who will deliver reliable on‑site technical support to our customers. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues across Windows, macOS and mobile environments, ensuring that all equipment functions smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support at customer locations, including hardware installation, MACD changes, server/storage reboots and power cycles.
• Perform deskside troubleshooting of user devices, drivers, peripherals, OS and network access issues.
• Support video‑room technology, meeting‑room panels, telepresence and video‑conferencing suites.
• Validate post‑deployment service functionality and resolve printer/MFD errors.
• Assist with live events, new‑employee onboarding and third‑party escorts.
• Update customer site surveys (rack elevations, equipment inventories) as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5‑6 years of hands‑on experience in on‑site IT support, helpdesk or field service engineering.
• Willingness and ability to work full‑time on‑site at customer locations.
