Facilities Technician

About the role

Baxter is seeking a Facilities Technician to support the operation and reliability of critical facility equipment and systems. The role focuses on ensuring equipment availability, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all regulatory requirements for critical equipment and systems are met and maintained.
• Maintain equipment and systems in optimal working condition, guaranteeing 100% availability, quality, and safety.
• Execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks according to work orders.
• Support external contractors performing maintenance and verify regulatory compliance of their activities.
• Assist with repairs and troubleshooting of facility assets as needed.

Required profile

• Basic to intermediate technical knowledge and hands‑on experience in maintenance activities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work within a team.
