Facilities and Real Estate Project Manager

About the role

TransUnion is looking for a Facilities and Real Estate Project Manager to lead workplace projects that support its global operations. This remote position will oversee office build‑outs, space modifications, system upgrades and other initiatives that create safe, functional, and future‑ready work environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate facilities and real‑estate projects from concept through handover, including office build‑outs, space modifications and system replacements.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders such as Global Technology and Corporate Security.
• Manage construction activities, on‑site progress, punch lists, final inspections and turnover documentation.
• Track expenses, monitor budgets, identify risks and implement cost‑control measures.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, facilitating meetings and providing regular updates to leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing office build‑outs, space modifications, commercial construction or facility‑modification projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities and maintain confidentiality.
