About the role

The Learning Intermediate Analyst supports the design, planning, implementation and maintenance of learning and development initiatives across the organization. This role acts as a key liaison for both classroom and virtual instructor‑led training, ensuring smooth logistics and effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation, scheduling and execution of learning programs (classroom, virtual instructor‑led and web‑based).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics, material preparation, set‑up and on‑site support.
• Manage learning program data in the Learning Management System, including enrollment, cancellations and new content setup.
• Assist in developing training materials such as workbooks, job aids, trainer guides and promotional collateral.
• Generate reports and preliminary analyses on program effectiveness, summarising evaluation data.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR and L&D partners globally and regionally to enhance efficiency and impact.
• Ensure compliance with Citigroup policies, legal requirements and ethical standards.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
