About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead and optimise our digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to deliver effective campaigns across multiple online platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage digital advertising campaigns on Meta Platforms.
• Set up, monitor and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
• Maintain and update website and content using WordPress, Issuu and Linktree.
• Design visual assets and promotional materials with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Utilise CRM and communication tools such as Kommo to track leads and customer interactions.
• Generate performance reports and analyse data to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• University degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Own vehicle is essential for the position.
• Basic English proficiency (desired).

Required skills

• Advanced handling of Meta Platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Ads.
• Experience with WordPress, Issuu, Linktree, Canva and Kommo.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce (desired).
