About the role

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join a fast‑paced organization with high‑volume operations and a strong focus on employee development. The role acts as a strategic partner to business areas, supporting teams throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage attraction, recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions.
• Facilitate onboarding and ensure a positive experience for new hires.
• Coordinate performance evaluation and talent development initiatives.
• Monitor contracts, probation periods and personnel movements, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
• Keep HR information and management systems up to date.
• Support training, organizational development and talent management projects.
• Participate in updating job structures and profiles.
• Oversee off‑boarding processes and ensure a smooth exit experience.
• Develop initiatives to strengthen employee value proposition and overall experience.
• Collaborate closely with leaders and internal clients to provide timely talent solutions.

Required profile

• Solid technical knowledge of human resources processes and legislation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on internal stakeholder satisfaction.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing demands.
