Entry Level Sales Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

Our client is seeking a motivated, energetic Entry Level Sales Representative who is fluent in English and Spanish. The role supports the U.S. market from a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and offers clear pathways for professional growth within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls using an automated dialing system.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and gather information from business owners and decision‑makers.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches and build strong relationships.
• Guide prospects through the sales process and support customer activation.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity records.

Required profile

• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or related fields (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Attention to detail and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Persistence, resilience, and a coachable mindset.
