Engineer II, Sustaining THV

About the role

Join the Global Operations & Quality team to improve manufacturing processes for cardiovascular medical devices. You will work cross‑functionally with manufacturing, operations, and sales to deliver solutions that impact patient care worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes using Six Sigma and Lean methods, redesign equipment, tools, and fixtures.
• Develop and execute experiments and protocols to qualify and validate processes, analyze results and produce reports.
• Analyze and resolve manufacturing and compliance issues such as CAPA, non‑conformances, and audit observations.
• Create training and documentation (work instructions) for production staff.
• Establish project plans, manage risks, and oversee technician activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a scientific field with at least 2 years of experience, or a Master's degree with relevant projects.
• Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
