About the role

We are seeking a qualified nursing professional to join our aesthetic clinic in Escazú. The role involves providing high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced surgical environment, supporting dermatology and outpatient procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Assist physicians during outpatient surgical and dermatology procedures.
• Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols and precise medical orders.
• Deliver outstanding patient service, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Perform accurate documentation and manage patient records.
• Support the clinic’s continuous learning by adopting new techniques.

Required profile

• Nursing degree and registration with the Costa Rica Nursing Association (Colegio de Enfermeras de Costa Rica).
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Minimum three years of experience in similar nursing positions.
• Excellent fine motor skills and strong ethical standards.
• Ability to work proactively under pressure in surgical settings.
