About the role

The company, operating in the construction sector, is looking for a Branch Manager to lead the overall operation of its store. You will be responsible for meeting commercial targets, delivering excellent customer service, managing inventory efficiently, and guiding the store team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store operations.
• Plan and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales objectives.
• Lead, motivate and train store personnel.
• Control inventory, cash flow, and cash register reconciliations.
• Ensure high‑quality customer experience and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• Degree or advanced studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related fields.
• 2‑3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in retail or commercial environments.
• Knowledge of sales KPIs, inventory control, POS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
