About the role

The Food Safety Management Leader will head the inocuity team at the ice‑cream plant, ensuring all documentation, corrective actions and preventive measures meet internal and external audit requirements. This role safeguards product quality, compliance with regulatory standards and the cooperative’s sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead periodic safety meetings to review retained batches, determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Address and prevent non‑conformities identified by SENASA through targeted action plans.
• Maintain and update line documentation, records and procedures in systems such as Isotools and SharePoint, preserving three‑year archives.
• Conduct traceability investigations using PLMS, Wanderware and other records to respond to market complaints and microbiological, sensory or stability events.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects (e.g., PIM, loss‑reduction initiatives) to reduce economic losses and meet budget targets.
• Oversee safety certification documentation for manufacturing, ensuring updates and compliance.
• Represent the plant during internal and external audits, presenting procedures, records and validations.
• Apply corporate sustainability and occupational health & safety standards across operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a food safety or quality team in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of national (SENASA) and international food safety regulations.
• Ability to manage documentation, audits and corrective‑action processes.
• Excellent analytical skills for root‑cause analysis and risk mitigation.
