Email Campaign Specialist

About the role

Experian is seeking an Email Campaign Specialist to join its Targeting Services team. You will work closely with client account teams to deliver data‑driven insights that support Direct Mail and Digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with client account teams to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Lead special projects that involve data interpretation, analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare, evaluate, and present results to clients via phone and email.
• Utilise Experian’s proprietary software for implementation and delivery of campaign outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Experian security guidelines when handling sensitive client information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing and analysing data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with project management and digital marketing channels.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency).
• Salesforce.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Data analysis.
• Basic programming knowledge.
• Understanding of USPS addressing components.
