Electrical Engineer Expert – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer Expert to design and curate high‑quality multiple‑choice questions for AI training in electrical engineering. This remote contract position offers the opportunity to shape educational content while collaborating with a distributed team of subject‑matter specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Design and curate high‑quality single‑option (multiple‑choice) questions within your electrical engineering specialization.
• Develop clear explanations and detailed rubrics for each question, aligned with instructional design best practices.
• Review and validate the technical accuracy and pedagogical value of AI‑generated content related to electrical engineering concepts.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the team to refine question quality and maintain subject‑matter standards.
• Provide feedback on AI performance and suggest actionable improvements based on domain expertise.
• Document and communicate technical concepts in written and verbal formats for diverse audiences.
• Contribute to evolving project workflows aimed at optimizing AI training data relevance and clarity.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Subject‑matter expertise in at least one area such as Analog Circuits, Digital Circuits, RF, or Power Electronics with a focus on Integrated Circuits.
• Proven experience creating educational content, assessment items, or rubrics.
• Background in teaching, tutoring or facilitating learning in electrical engineering is a strong plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity.
• Ability to work independently and meet project milestones.
• Comfort with remote, asynchronous collaboration tools.
