Ejecutivo de Ventas PYMES – Zona Costanera

About the role

The SME Sales Executive will drive growth of the bank's small‑business portfolio in the Costanera area, prospecting new merchants, onboarding them to payment solutions and delivering a differentiated service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial opportunities through field visits in the assigned zone.
• Onboard new merchants to the bank’s payment acceptance channels, ensuring a fast and effective experience.
• Execute cold‑calling strategies to acquire new clients and expand the commercial portfolio.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities for financial products and services for SME customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, meeting established commercial indicators.
• Plan visits, follow‑up and maintain a well‑organized client portfolio.
• Provide specialized advice on products and services, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Active university student in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cold sales, prospecting and new‑business development.
• Proven field‑work experience and achievement of sales targets.
• Own vehicle registered in the applicant’s name and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel within the Costanera, Quepos, Jaco and surrounding areas.
• Comfortable using digital tools for commercial management.
