Ecommerce Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Fourthwall is seeking a remote Ecommerce Logistics Coordinator to own day‑to‑day parcel shipping operations for a US‑based ecommerce business. You will ensure orders are shipped on time, at optimal cost, and in full compliance with international regulations while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily performance of domestic, international and regional parcel carriers.
• Track carrier KPIs such as on‑time delivery, transit time, exception rates, claims and cost per shipment.
• Conduct rate shopping, service selection and routing decisions to balance cost targets with customer experience.
• Manage cross‑border shipments, ensuring compliance with IOSS, UK VAT, duties, taxes and country‑specific import rules.
• Maintain reliability of shipping platforms, carrier integrations, OMS, WMS and 3PL workflows.
• Produce clear reporting and dashboards on shipping spend, carrier performance and operational exceptions.

Required profile

• Based in Latin America.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• 2+ years hands‑on experience in ecommerce parcel shipping and logistics (DTC brand, online retailer, marketplace or 3PL serving ecommerce merchants).
• Availability to work an 8‑hour shift within US time zones (9 AM‑5 PM).
