E-commerce Strategist – Social Media

About the role

We are seeking a senior Social Commerce Strategist to lead and scale TikTok Shop affiliate programs for fast‑growing consumer brands. This client‑facing position is fully remote and focuses on end‑to‑end program performance, from strategy development to measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute TikTok Shop affiliate strategies that drive GMV growth.
• Define creator, product sampling, and activation tactics and continuously optimize them based on platform trends.
• Serve as primary strategic advisor for assigned clients, presenting performance insights and growth recommendations.
• Lead creator sourcing, onboarding, and activation; manage affiliate pipelines and product sampling.
• Monitor KPIs such as GMV, ROAS, conversions, and creator activity; build dashboards for data‑driven decisions.
• Develop scalable SOPs, workflows, and operational best practices; mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 3+ years in TikTok Shop Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Social Commerce, or Creator Economy.
• At least 2 years managing TikTok Shop Affiliate Center across multiple brands.
• Proven track record of driving GMV growth and affiliate program performance.
• Strong client‑relationship and presentation skills.
