DTC Email & SMS Marketing Manager (Shopify + Klaviyo)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced DTC Email & SMS Marketing Manager to own and scale our retention marketing program. You will lead the full lifecycle of email and SMS campaigns—from acquisition to long‑term LTV growth—working closely with creative, growth, and ecommerce teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the email and SMS channels and drive revenue through strategic planning and execution.
• Build, launch, and continuously optimize Klaviyo email and SMS flows from scratch.
• Create and manage daily/weekly promotional campaigns.
• Design lifecycle strategies for acquisition, retention, win‑back, and VIP loyalty.
• Develop and refine key flows such as Welcome Series, Cart Abandonment, Post‑Purchase, Cross‑Sell, Review Requests, and Re‑engagement.
• Implement segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to improve deliverability, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
• Analyze performance data, report on KPIs, and iterate to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, and major sales events.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high‑converting creatives.
• Maintain the email and SMS marketing calendars and own related KPIs.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing email and SMS marketing for DTC ecommerce brands.
• Proven track record of growing email and SMS revenue.
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and data‑driven decision making.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in segmentation and personalization.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Klaviyo.
• Strong experience with Shopify.
• HTML/CSS for email design.
• Familiarity with attribution platforms such as Northbeam or GA4.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflow and productivity.
