Diseñador Gráfico Junior

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support the creation and adaptation of graphic and audiovisual assets for commercial campaigns, promotions, events, children’s parties, product communication and the overall branding of our trampoline parks. You will help ensure that every visual piece follows the brief, conveys clear and attractive messages, and aligns with our visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt digital and printed materials for marketing campaigns, promotions, events and park communications.
• Maintain consistency with established graphic guidelines and brand standards.
• Produce visual content that connects with the target audience and enhances the customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to meet project deadlines.
• Create social‑media assets, including formats, styles and trend‑based visuals.

Required profile

• University degree or higher technical qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in retail, entertainment or creative agencies.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical skill and real‑world project work.
• Experience with social‑media strategy and content creation is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator (intermediate)
• Adobe Photoshop (intermediate)
• Adobe InDesign (basic to intermediate)
• Adobe After Effects or Motion Graphics (basic)
• Adobe Premiere or equivalent video editing tool (basic to intermediate)
• Fundamentals of animation, video editing and photography.
• Basic web design knowledge (desirable).
• Figma (desirable).
• Understanding of visual marketing and branding strategies.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Trello or Asana (desirable).
