Director, HR Business Partner (Manufacturing Operations)

About the role

This senior position provides strategic HR leadership and hands‑on support to manufacturing and operations functions, including supply chain, engineering, quality, procurement, sustainability and corporate areas. The role works closely with senior leadership to drive HR strategies that enable business growth, operational excellence and organizational effectiveness in a fast‑growing, multi‑shift environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to manufacturing and operations leadership, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
• Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and talent strategies.
• Lead initiatives across performance management, employee relations, engagement and development.
• Support the development of scalable HR processes in a fast‑growing environment.
• Coach and influence senior leaders on people‑related decisions.
• Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners supporting manufacturing populations.
• Partner cross‑functionally with HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong background supporting manufacturing environments.
• Broad expertise across HR disciplines (talent, employee relations, performance, compensation, development).
• Experience in greenfield or site‑build/start‑up environments is preferred.
• Multi‑site or multi‑region manufacturing experience.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.
