Director General de Condominio

About the role

The Director General of the Condominium will lead the comprehensive management of the development project in Tambor, Puntarenas. This senior position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, addressing owner concerns, and driving business opportunities to develop pending lots through third‑party investment structures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire condominium project, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget compliance.
• Handle complaints and inquiries from condominium owners, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Identify and generate business opportunities to develop pending lots under third‑party investment frameworks.
• Supervise all departmental heads, issue directives, establish general policies, and intervene in atypical cases when necessary.
• Plan, control, and strategically reduce extraordinary expenses, maintaining sound financial management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Civil/Electromechanical Engineering, Finance, or Law.
• Mandatory English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Proven experience in company leadership, personnel management, and condominium owner services.
• Residency in Tambor or surrounding areas.
• Experience in real‑estate development and condominium regulatory matters.
