Director, Data Product Owner – ISSCOM & Crosswalk

About the role

The Director, Data Product Owner – ISSCOM & Crosswalk will shape the strategy, delivery, and lifecycle of two enterprise‑wide data products: ISSCOM, the global master and reference data system of record, and Crosswalk, a data‑mapping capability that aligns internal and external data standards. This senior position bridges business stakeholders, data‑governance teams, and technology partners to ensure reliable, standardized, and analytics‑ready master data at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for ISSCOM and Crosswalk.
• Prioritize enhancements based on business value, regulatory needs, and operational impact.
• Manage product lifecycle, including backlog grooming, release planning, and feature adoption.
• Ensure ISSCOM remains the authoritative source for global master data through strong governance partnerships.
• Establish data quality standards, stewardship processes, and audit mechanisms.
• Lead Crosswalk evolution, expanding its use across operating units and third‑party data providers.
• Oversee technical support, ticket triage, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement of system reliability.
• Track and manage upstream/downstream integrations, mitigating risks related to data latency and schema changes.
• Serve as primary contact for executive stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into clear business value.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading data product strategy and delivery at an enterprise level.
• Strong understanding of master data management, data governance, and data quality frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to work with global domain leads and cross‑functional technology teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including communication with senior executives.
• Track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in data‑intensive environments.
