Digital Media Performance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Media Performance Analyst to support our Digital Media Performance Strategist in managing a portfolio of client campaigns. You will work on day‑to‑day campaign execution, reporting, analysis and optimisation while collaborating with the Ad Operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with client renewals and onboarding of new accounts.
• Manage daily campaign tasks, fulfil implementation requests and optimise performance.
• Identify improvement opportunities and ensure best‑practice execution across Google Marketing Platform, Meta Ads and other digital channels.
• Monitor market insights to build scalable strategies.
• Conduct campaign audits to verify compliance with contractual obligations.
• Prepare client‑facing reports and ad‑hoc data for presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Finance or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in paid search or display advertising, managing client campaigns or in an analytical role.
• Google certification preferred; social media and Google Analytics experience a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
