Digital Marketing Specialist CI

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. You will work closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with our strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other channels.
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other digital touchpoints.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to enhance website visibility.
• Oversee email marketing, audience segmentation, and automation workflows.
• Track website traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to support broader marketing initiatives.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition channels and campaign optimisation.
• Experience with B2B, SaaS, or e‑commerce environments is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
