Digital Finance Analyst

About the role

As a member of the Digital Finance organization, you will partner with finance and cross‑functional teams to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Leveraging modern analytics platforms, AI capabilities, and integrated data solutions, you will build intelligent solutions that improve decision‑making, efficiency, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritize work, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Translate complex business questions into decision‑ready insights using advanced analytics and data visualization.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting solutions that enhance reliability, performance, and user experience.
• Build and maintain Databricks data models and orchestrated workflows, including refresh scheduling, dependency management, and monitoring.
• Develop automated solutions with SQL, Python, and AI‑assisted tools within version‑controlled, Git‑based CI/CD pipelines.
• Strengthen data quality and governance through validation, reconciliation, documented standards, and consistent monitoring.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, tracking milestones, deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, computer science, data science, applied statistics, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 + years of experience building dashboards and reporting solutions in complex business environments.
• Proven ability to analyze, model, and interpret complex data and deliver scalable solutions.
• Experience in finance or another data‑intensive function is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Databricks or similar data‑engineering platforms (Databricks Data Engineer certification).
• Proficiency in SQL, DAX, Python, and Excel.
• Experience with data orchestration, refresh scheduling, dependency management, and monitoring.
• Git‑based CI/CD workflow experience.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development practices.
