Digital Designer – Remote (Costa Rica)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Digital Designer to join our growing design department. The role is fully remote, based in Costa Rica, with occasional visits to our San José office for team meetings and key company events.

Key responsibilities

• Design user interfaces, web pages, landing pages, banners, emails and other digital assets while adhering to brand guidelines and web best practices.
• Create marketing design assets for social media, email campaigns, advertising, direct mail and graphic projects.
• Support product and UI design for internal tools, websites and digital platforms.
• Assist in website development and maintenance, ensuring visual quality and consistency.
• Produce responsive designs for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, design and development teams to deliver polished digital experiences.
• Prepare design files, assets and specifications for developers.
• Translate Figma or PSD prototypes into launch‑ready responsive HTML/CSS when required (plus).

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing web, digital, marketing and visual design work.
• 2+ years of experience in web, UI or digital design.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high design quality across varied projects.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently in a remote environment.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (plus)
