Digital Customer Solutions Representative

About the role

The Digital Customer Solutions Representative provides high‑quality technical and customer support for Stryker’s digital solutions. Acting as a trusted point of contact for customers, sales teams and internal partners, the role resolves inquiries, manages patient‑specific workflows and ensures clear communication throughout the support lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer emails and phone calls, delivering timely and professional resolutions.
• Provide estimated time of arrival (ETA) and tracking updates for patient‑specific items, proactively communicating any delays.
• Assist new users with account registration, software installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Document all customer interactions, maintain accurate account data across systems and protect confidential information.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing and other teams to resolve reported issues and improve product quality.
• Support workflow processes, contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Associate degree, technical high‑school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a customer‑service role.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English (C1 level).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
