Digital Cloud Solution Architect

About the role

As a Digital Cloud Solution Architect you will work directly with customer technical decision‑makers to understand their context, gather requirements and design cloud solutions that accelerate their digital transformation. You will leverage deep expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies, collaborate with internal experts and partners, and help customers adopt and realize value from prioritized Microsoft cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customer technical leaders, anticipate needs using industry and competitive insights, and design well‑architected cloud solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, design sessions and proofs of concept to demonstrate feasibility and address technical blockers.
• Collaborate with partners and Microsoft experts to deliver joint engagements, refine demos and promote prioritized solutions.
• Monitor customer usage, identify new workloads and optimization opportunities, and relay feedback to Microsoft product teams.
• Build aligned timelines, success metrics and support customer technical teams through training, community participation and cloud skilling programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical architecture, consulting, design & implementation or technical sales (or relevant Microsoft certifications with 1 year experience, or 3 years without a degree).
• Proficiency in English for global collaboration.
• Preferred: 5 + years of experience in technical architecture/consulting, 2 + years with cloud‑based solution design, migrations and management, and fluency in Portuguese.
