Desktop Support Technician

About the role

Bill Gosling Outsourcing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide day‑to‑day IT assistance to internal users. You will ensure hardware and software operate smoothly, both on‑site and remotely, helping the business meet its technology goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Helpdesk team with secure deployment of workstations, laptops, keyboards, mice, monitors and telephony equipment.
• Support business and operational staff through voice, SMS and chat channels for helpdesk‑related tasks and projects.
• Perform installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of software and hardware for clients and colleagues.
• Provide data‑center and office cabling support when required.
• Deliver training on various applications to team members.
• Monitor daily operations and suggest process improvements to maximise technology efficiency.
• Uphold company core values and participate in additional duties as assigned.
