Design Manager – Lead Global Creative Teams

About the role

As a Design Manager at JLL, you will lead and inspire design teams located in Costa Rica and Gurugram, shaping the creative vision for high‑stakes sales pursuits of a Fortune 200 company. You will work closely with Creative Directors and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and visual assets that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop design teams across multiple time zones, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing culture.
• Manage capacity, workload distribution, and resource allocation to ensure timely, high‑quality output.
• Partner with Sales, Pursuit, and Sales Enablement teams to create strategic creative solutions for proposals and presentations.
• Design sophisticated PowerPoint presentations, proposal documents, and custom graphics that align with brand guidelines and win themes.
• Oversee end‑to‑end video projects, including editing, motion graphics, and production.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and translate complex business strategies into visual narratives.
• Maintain quality standards, ensuring all deliverables are on brief, on time, and on target.

Required profile

• Proven experience in people management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong creative leadership with a focus on presentation and proposal design.
• Ability to work virtually with global teams and guide designers with minimal direction.
• Excellent communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
