About the role

Cargill is seeking a Business Developer to support its Food division. The role involves both on‑site and remote sales activities, targeting new and existing customers across multiple channels. You will help assess client needs and propose appropriate products, services, and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist sales representatives and channel partners in closing deals.
• Process customer orders and manage sales information.
• Prepare and send quotations to clients.
• Provide product training and financing options.
• Handle complex administrative, technical, or customer‑service issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most critical problems.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in business development and sales of fast‑moving consumer goods, preferably in the food industry.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a client portfolio.
• Valid Category B1 driver’s license, own vehicle, and willingness to travel for work.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel.
• PowerPoint for commercial presentations.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI.
