Cybersecurity Analyst - Network Security (Temporary, Fixed Term)

About the role

Roche is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst specialized in Network Security on a temporary, fixed‑term basis. You will act as a trusted advisor, leading the analysis of moderately complex security incidents and shaping security operations across multiple products.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage end‑to‑end security analysis tasks, handling ambiguous requirements on complex projects.
• Lead root‑cause investigations for security breaches, define problem scopes, and produce comprehensive security requirements and designs.
• Influence and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and align perspectives with project goals.
• Translate security requirements into strategic implementation plans that support business objectives and improve the overall security posture.
• Apply security tools, methodologies, and analytical techniques to enhance domain efficiency and threat detection.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle security analysis and leading incident investigations.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders on medium to large engagements.
• Strong analytical reasoning with a deep understanding of security concepts and business impact.
