Customer Support Representative – Costa Rica (Start Aug 4)

About the role

The Customer Support Representative will be the first human contact for restaurant owners and their guests using Owner’s platform. Based in Costa Rica, you will join a remote‑first team that helps local businesses manage their online presence, ordering, CRM and POS systems.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via chat, email or phone, providing clear and empathetic assistance.
• Diagnose issues, guide users through troubleshooting steps, and ensure problems are resolved end‑to‑end.
• Document interactions in the CRM system and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay recurring pain points and suggest improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Owner’s suite of tools and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a hospitality‑focused, empathetic tone.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle frustrated or stressed customers.
• Detail‑oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership of issues.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, remote environment.
