Customer Success Manager

About the role

Plumber Marketing USA is a digital marketing agency that supports plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager who will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. The role does not require deep marketing expertise, but strong communication, organization, and follow‑through are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for assigned clients and build lasting relationships.
• Conduct monthly check‑in calls and review performance reports with clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, video, or chat in a timely manner.
• Track client requests, tasks, and action items in the CRM.
• Coordinate with SEO, Ads, and Marketing teams to fulfill client needs.
• Review basic marketing reports and communicate updates to clients.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and set clear expectations.
• Monitor open issues and proactively resolve potential problems.
• Complete daily task reviews and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong follow‑through and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, able to take initiative and handle difficult situations calmly.
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities.
• Accountable, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and Local Service Ads (LSA).
• Knowledge of social media platforms.
• Experience with AI tools or AI‑generated content.
