Customer Success Engineer II – SMB (Hybrid)

About the role

Procore is seeking a Customer Success Engineer II to champion our SMB customers on a hybrid schedule. You will act as a product expert, helping construction clients adopt and gain value from Procore’s platform while collaborating across sales, professional services, support, product, and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide data‑driven recommendations to optimize customer use of Procore based on analytics and industry best practices.
• Develop and deliver value‑focused presentations that address client business challenges and accelerate platform adoption.
• Communicate product roadmap updates and new releases to keep customers informed of emerging capabilities.
• Lead product demonstrations and coordinate technical resources, both internal and external.
• Act as a technical account manager, ensuring rapid, clear communication and high‑level service.
• Mentor teammates, share best practices, and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Travel up to 15% of the time to client sites, industry events, and other Procore offices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
• At least 2 years in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Pre‑Sales.
• Strong consultative mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally on time‑sensitive projects.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
