Customer Service Representative

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the front‑line contact for customers across live chat, email and phone, delivering fast, proactive support and helping to build lasting loyalty. You will work in a dynamic, high‑performance team that continuously seeks to improve the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound and outbound communications via telephone, chat and email, ensuring high attention to detail.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, including deposit‑related questions.
• Maintain compliance with deposit regulations and company policies.
• Identify and pursue cross‑sell and upsell opportunities for products and services.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues to team leaders and internal departments.
• Investigate past interactions to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Report bugs or missing information to enhance support services.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales or a related field.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and rapport‑building skills.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
