Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide professional support across our global operations in healthcare, life science and electronics. The role ensures every transaction is processed accurately while delivering fast, courteous service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute accurate transaction processing and take full ownership of customer interactions.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and manage order entry and quotations across all sales channels.
• Research and resolve order‑related problems, including shipments, lost or damaged goods, and credit requests.
• Maintain customer data using Oracle, SAP, Salesforce and other internal applications.
• Support sales teams with order placement, status updates and complaint handling.
• Collaborate with Technical Service, Finance and Distribution to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow ISO certification standards, Sarbanes‑Oxley controls and participate in service audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced written and verbal English (C1/C2 level preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, listening and telephone communication skills.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and maintain consistent attendance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC applications.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP or Salesforce (preferred).
• Ability to manage and distribute customer documentation within CRM/ERP systems.
