Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will join the Americas Shared Services Center in Costa Rica, supporting customers across the Americas region. You will handle orders, returns, quotations, inbound calls and provide sales support to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process standard and non‑standard orders and quote transactions using Oracle Order Entry, Salesforce, Outlook and other internal tools.
• Respond to inbound customer calls and emails, addressing order status, product availability, service delivery and repair updates.
• Support sales opportunity management for strategic customers throughout the sales and post‑sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate customer data records in Oracle before routing calls to technical sales and support teams.
• Follow up with customers on pending actions to help complete transactions promptly.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (B2+), both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a shared services or call‑center environment.
• Availability to work full‑time, flexible 8‑hour shifts between 6 am and 7 pm CST, Monday‑Friday, with occasional overtime.
