Customer Service Representative – Invoicing

About the role
Lutron is seeking a Customer Service Representative focused on invoicing to join its Cartago, Costa Rica office. The role supports key accounts and service contract customers throughout the billing lifecycle, from onboarding to post‑sale invoicing.
Key responsibilities
- Manage invoicing for key accounts and service contract customers, covering pre‑sale and post‑sale activities.
- Locate and verify customer accounts in Salesforce to ensure accurate billing.
- Create and maintain Service Contracts and Work Orders to support service delivery.
- Assist customer onboarding via portals, including registration, ACH setup, and Certificate of Insurance collection.
- Process contract credits, rebills, and upload invoices and terms into the Corrigo portal.
- Coordinate with the tax team to apply tax‑exempt statuses.
- Perform monthly audits to identify and address process gaps.
- Provide support to the LSC Scheduling team as needed.
Required profile
- High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with invoicing, billing operations, or accounts receivable processes preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
