Customer Service Representative (English/French)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative who will provide professional, accurate support to our global customers in English and French. You will act as the primary point of contact for order processing, inquiry resolution, and cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring a seamless experience for clients across our Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Process internal and external customer orders and quotations across all sales channels with high accuracy.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints with professionalism.
• Investigate and resolve order‑related problems, including shipments, lost or damaged goods, and credit or rebill requests.
• Maintain customer data using Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, and other internal applications.
• Support sales teams by providing order status updates and assisting with order placement.
• Collaborate with Technical Service, Finance, and Distribution teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Follow ISO certification standards, Sarbanes‑Oxley controls, and participate in service‑related audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent English and French (European or Canadian), C1/C2 level preferred for North‑American support.
• Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
• Highly motivated, organized, and reliable attendance record.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC applications.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce is a significant advantage.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and adapt to evolving departmental policies.
