Customer Service Representative (English)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our global team that supports healthcare, life‑science and electronics solutions. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every transaction is accurate and aligned with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders and quotations across all sales channels with high accuracy.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues quickly and professionally, and manage complaints.
• Investigate and resolve order, shipment, lost‑or‑damaged‑goods, and credit/rebill situations.
• Maintain customer data using Oracle, SAP, Salesforce and other internal applications.
• Support sales representatives with order placement, status updates and issue escalation.
• Collaborate with Technical Service, Finance and Distribution teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow ISO certification standards, Sarbanes‑Oxley controls and participate in audits as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English (C1/C2 level preferred).
• Strong organizational skills, reliability and ability to prioritize workload.
• Quick learner who can adapt to new software and evolving policies.
