Customer Project/Program Management

About the role

This hybrid position at Hewlett Packard Enterprise involves leading customer engagements to deliver projects on scope, time, budget and quality. You will work on average two days per week from the HPE office in Heredia, managing small to medium‑size projects and supporting business development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of customer projects, including financials, P&L and budget compliance.
• Identify and develop new opportunities within existing projects and act as opportunity manager for low‑risk deals.
• Lead a project team of up to seven members, providing performance feedback and encouraging skill development.
• Maintain client relationships and represent HPE to external customers.

Required profile

• First‑level university degree.
• 4‑6 years of experience in project management or similar roles.
• Basic knowledge of operational policies, processes and project‑management methodologies.
• Ability to participate in the company PM Professionals community and follow a development plan toward higher PM skills.
