Creative Strategist, B2B

About the role

Power Digital, an AI-Native Growth Firm, is looking for a Creative Strategist to lead paid social creative strategy for 8-10 mid-level clients. The role is remote and sits within a team that uses its own AI operating system to turn data into faster, more precise creative work. Candidates are assessed against present and future openings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead paid social creative strategy for 8-10 clients, using data insights, consumer and brand research to design high-performing creative assets
• Write direct-response copy and messaging strategy, and pitch new ideas and concepts to clients
• Audit accounts monthly to identify winning ads, present data to clients and define test hypotheses and roadmaps
• Review video and image assets and give clear, actionable feedback to editors
• Manage requests and output with the production team using Asana, and coordinate internal creative team syncs
• Act as the client point of contact for creative strategy, and push back on timelines, scope and direction to protect performance
• Use AI tools and the company's Nova ecosystem to improve business processes

Required profile

• Self-starter who takes the lead on creative concepts designed to generate clear testing results and insights
• Comfortable presenting creative reporting to clients and teams through storytelling
• Relentless in troubleshooting underperforming creative and tests with a growth mindset

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and/or similar performance tools (TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest)
• Ability to pull and use creative performance data to analyze trends and inform creative roadmaps
• Ability to write effective ad copy, structure scripts and coordinate execution with visuals
• Ability to collaborate with clients, production and post-production teams
