About the role
Clients Blackbox, a performance‑marketing agency for financial advisors, is seeking a highly organized Creative Services Coordinator. This remote contractor will manage video projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate video projects from assignment through completion, tracking deadlines, revisions, and deliverables.
- Perform quality assurance on finished videos, checking pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting.
- Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors and maintain organized project workflows.
- Communicate across the team to keep creative processes running smoothly.
Required profile
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proven project coordination and time‑management abilities, able to handle multiple projects independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote environment.
- Preferred experience in video editing/QA, creative operations, video production, agency or performance‑marketing settings.
