Creative Project Manager – Food & Beverage Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Creative Project Manager to drive the execution of creative initiatives in a fast‑paced consumer packaged goods environment. You will bring structure, visibility, and operational excellence to the creative workflow, ensuring projects move smoothly from brief to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end creative project workflows, from intake and briefing through final release.
• Establish and maintain project timelines, identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Administer project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com) to provide visibility across all creative workstreams.
• Facilitate daily check‑ins, weekly stand‑ups, and project review meetings.
• Coordinate creative sprint tasks, meeting schedules, progress tracking, and feedback loops.
• Prioritize incoming creative requests based on business objectives and team capacity.
• Support website launches and marketing asset deployments, ensuring accurate and on‑time delivery.
• Lead packaging graphics projects, managing briefing documents, approvals, revision cycles, and final mechanical releases.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, operations, and external vendors to align packaging timelines and specifications.
• Monitor project performance, resource utilization, and recommend workflow enhancements or automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience working directly with creative teams in a CPG or similar fast‑moving environment.
• Strong organizational and detail‑orientation skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high‑growth setting where priorities shift quickly.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities across marketing, brand, product, and operations.
