Creative Lead – Life Sciences

About the role

Accenture is seeking a senior visual and conceptual leader to set the creative vision for pharmaceutical and life‑sciences accounts. The Creative Lead will own design practice and delivery across one or more client accounts, translating complex science into clear, impactful stories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own creative strategy, concept development, and visual articulation for integrated campaigns across print, digital, social, experiential, and video.
• Build bold marketing concepts and scientific narratives for product launches, multichannel advertising, and digital platforms.
• Partner with copy leads to ensure cohesive creative thinking across all deliverables.
• Direct visual systems, campaign identities, and design approaches, guiding photo direction, illustration style, typography, color palettes, layout, and data visualization.
• Oversee quality control for all visual deliverables, ensuring brand consistency, message alignment, and regulatory compliance.
• Apply accessibility best practices (color, contrast, size) to all design decisions.
• Manage design leads and copywriters, contribute to business development, and shape long‑term creative culture.

Required profile

• Senior visual and conceptual leader with proven experience in pharmaceutical or life‑sciences marketing.
• Strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams to produce strategically grounded, visually compelling solutions.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory and medical‑legal review (MLR) requirements.
• Ability to translate strategic insights into compelling visual ideas that elevate client brands.
