Creative Executive

About the role

The Creative Executive will join the Grupo Impohogar team in Palmares, Alajuela, working on the conceptualization and execution of multimedia ideas for brand campaigns, content, and communication initiatives. The role requires turning briefs into clear, actionable creative concepts across various formats and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and ideas for campaigns, brand communication, and content.
• Interpret briefs and transform them into clear, executable creative proposals.
• Participate in the creation of 360° campaigns and content strategies.
• Write scripts, devise audiovisual concepts, and propose digital and physical assets.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and other team members to bring ideas from concept to execution.
• Research cultural, digital, content, advertising, and AI trends to generate opportunities for the brands.
• Ensure consistency between creative ideas, brand identity, messaging, and project objectives.
• Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and the development of new ideas.

Required profile

• University degree in advertising, visual communication, design, audiovisual production, marketing or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in creativity, advertising, content, communication or similar areas.
• Proven experience developing creative concepts, campaigns, content, or scripts.
• Strong understanding of social media, digital trends and content formats.
• Knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies.
• Ability to present and defend creative ideas clearly.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Organized and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Curiosity, visual judgment and attention to detail.
• Interest in new tools and trends, including the use of artificial intelligence in creative processes.
