Costing and Inventory Analyst

About the role

The Costing and Inventory Analyst will support Bacardi’s finance function by maintaining accurate master data, creating material and costing views, and ensuring the integrity of cost of sales and inventory reporting. This role offers a solid foundation in accounting and finance, with opportunities to develop expertise across multiple business units worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain material master data, costing records, transfer price calculations and accounting views in the legacy costing system.
• Execute monthly balance‑sheet account reconciliations and month‑end close activities across SAP and the Standard Cost System (STC).
• Generate and analyse costing and inventory reports, checking cost of sales, inventory levels and sales volumes between reporting systems.
• Support internal and external auditors, responding to SOX control requests and other audit inquiries.
• Participate in new project implementations from a costing and inventory perspective.
• Communicate with global Bacardi stakeholders to ensure compliance with standard procedures and global guidelines.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to reconcile data across multiple systems.
• Effective communication skills to provide service to international markets.
