Corporate Counsel

About the role

Sphera is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support its fast‑growing global operations. The role will act as a trusted legal partner to senior leaders across Sales, HR, Finance, IT, Services, Product and Marketing, helping the company navigate complex commercial, regulatory and corporate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on employment law, intellectual property, data privacy, corporate governance, M&A, compliance and dispute resolution.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, professional services, consulting and vendor contracts with global and regional scope.
• Collaborate with senior legal team members and manage relationships with external counsel as needed.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of legal processes that align with business strategy.
• May supervise contract managers or paralegals and ensure day‑to‑day activities comply with company policies.

Required profile

• Experience working with global, multinational teams and handling cross‑border legal issues.
• Strong ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project‑management skills and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SaaS and software commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with employment law, intellectual property, data privacy and corporate governance.
• Experience interacting with external counsel and managing contract workflows.
